Walking down to Chelsea Market from Hell's Kitchen the other day, I noticed some very interesting Plywood signage on 10th Avenue between 36th and 37th Street:
An outpost of AQ Kafe? Here? Really? On the plus side, there are pretty much no other restaurants even close to this block, and it's a hop, skip, and a jump away from Javits, so they'll probably get lunch visitors if anybody can figure out they exist. On the con side, this is still one of the most godforsaken areas of Manhattan, with a gritty feel even in broad daylight and little foot traffic.
Um... curious.
